We fly, drive and occasionally ride horses all over the world to make sure we get the best quality green beans. Beans not only of great quality and at their peak of freshness, but ones that have the kind of story we are proud to tell to our customers. Once we get them back to Australia, they are roasted on state of the art German equipment by our super passionate and quality obsessed roasting staff. They sweat the details so you don’t have to.
Each Five Senses account is assigned an account manager to help iron out any kinks in your coffee program and offer help and counsel in making your place stand out from the rest. Our account managers are highly credentialed and experienced hospitality professionals — and great people to boot. We think you’ll quite like them.
We have a team of our own in-house technicians to make sure your equipment keeps purring sweetly, and will swoop in and save the day in the event of any critical machine issues. We also distribute lots of different equipment to make it easy if you need to upgrade or extend your coffee brewing gear.
We run our own barista academies, staffed with some of the best trainers in the land. Speciality coffee is a rapidly evolving beast and our ongoing training will make sure you and your staff are always at the cutting edge.
